Ducati Ready For Red Event
Ducati’s Ready 4 Red is a tour that “takes the country by storm” every year. In this tour, Ducati brings in their most anticipated models for the new year. Ducati travels across the country to bring you a Ducati Style experience for the evening with other fellow Ducatistas. This, plus, you get to drool over some Ducati Motorcycles before they get to the showroom floors. Speaking of showrooms, this tour hits 25+ stops at select dealers!
The Work
In 2019, I had the opportunity to work to promote and create content for this event. I was proud to take part in this and on top of that it was such a cool experience. In collaboration with Ducati materials, I was able to create promotional content in order to run ads, etc to get the word out for this event in a very new location here in Orlando.
After over a month of targeted content and ads surrounding this event and building up the hype. When it finally came event time, I was pleased to see that the house was packed that night.
One thing I can say, Ducati has a heck of a loyal fan-base. That and Ducati definitely knows how to put on event for them. I’m pretty sure that everyone left that night with a smile on their face. There was a lot of hype around this event/tour because Ducati was bringing around the 234hp powerhouse. (with the Akrapovic exhaust) The beast of a motorcycle known as the Panigale V4R.
The Panigale V4R is essentailly a race bike taken from the track and approved for use on the road. With a 221 base horsepower and a dry weight of 365lbs, I would assume it’s pretty easy to “pin your ears back”.
